Senior Systems Analyst

Job Description
The Qualified Candidates must have the ability to effectively communicate within and across project teams, quickly understand technical requirements, and manage the input and opinions from a group of users, peers and managers.

Specifications/Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering or an equivalent discipline
  • 2 or more years experience in systems design and project management
  • Ability to design and execute reports using QMF and Microsoft Access
  • Ability to manage difficult people
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies
  • Sound business-related skills including excellent problem solving, team building, judgment and decision making
  • Experience with a process oriented approach to software design and implementation and experience with Object Oriented Analysis and design concepts
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills (5-7 years desired)
  • Understanding of Client Server and Web based technologies
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Professional suite of products
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter and have a demonstrated track record of delivering quality work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
