Description
We are looking for a hands-on leader who can interface well with people and set the standards for technical excellence by defining and communicating software architecture for Windows system services, web services and web applications with .NET platform technologies.
Will work with a project team to help translate complex business requirements into innovative solutions and detailed, architectural design specifications.
The Systems Architect will ensure that the application architecture follows the business logic and is adhered to throughout the development process.
The effort will determine Data analysis/modeling designs.
You will facilitate Object modeling/design and OO Methodology, tools and training.
You will bring with you capabilities and experience with high performance, scalable and high availability systems.
The right person will have experience leading and participating as a mentor on development teams to less experienced developers.
Opportunities exist to work with third party technology vendors to evaluate and integrate solutions.

Experience/Skills
BA, BS, or MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
Candidate must have 7+ years experience, including 2 years as .NET architect using multi-tiered architectures.
Experience must include in-depth design with XML/XSL/SOAP/Web Services, Database design/modeling, .NET framework, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, C#, MSSQL.
Object Oriented Application & Design (OOA&D).
Demonstrated experience with Object Oriented Design/Programming (OOD/OOP), UML, Rational Rose.
Technical documentation, software testing and development methodologies.
Must also be proficient in verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, have a customer service focus with solid communication skills and an ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced growth environment.
