Title: Senior Systems Consultant - .NET

Location: Warner Robins Air Force Base (31098)

Must Haves:

-Strong experience with HTML, DHTML, XML, and CSS
-Proven experience with Visual Studio .NET, ADP.NET, C#, VB.NET, ADO.NET Remoting, Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, Stored Procedures, and Visual SourceSafe
-Experience programmatically working MS Excel and MS PowerPoint files
-Strong experience with Structure Query Language (SQL)and Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Relational Database design, modeling, and architecture
-Experience with IIS6 and Windows 2003 Server environment
-Strong Communication skills with both technical and non-Technical People
-Bachelor Degree
-US Citizen (No Green Cards or EAD)

Nice to Haves:

-Experience with Air Force Legacy Systems (CAMS, D43, REMIS, WSMIS)
-Experience with middleware tools (MITEM, IRRD, or Jacada)
-Experience with Microsoft Project. Familiarity with graphics and multimedia tools

Job Description:

The candidate will perform the role of technology development, programming, and business analyst as part of a process team on many projects. Will be required to work as part of a team to identify, document, design, and then develop, prototype, measure effectiveness, and deploy IT and process improvements as part of a team working directly with the customers on site at Marietta, GA. The candidate will be accountable for the requirements gathering, design, development, unit testing, system testing support, user acceptance testing support, analysis, ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancement of delivered products. The candidate will demonstrate the ability to provide accurate software development time and estimates for system functionality, as well as benefits and cost analysis. Candidate will take technical ownership of projects and see them through to completion. Must be able to work independently as well as with a team. Will evaluate and recommend alternative approaches to the needs of each application. Will require strong Windows .NET development skills and excellent communication skills. Development will include use of ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET Web Service, NET Remoting, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and Sybase as well as other tools to deliver a divers array of solutions across the customer's organization. Some travel may be required, but majority of work will be down at customer's site.
