Individual will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining Windows-based automated systems, leading maintenance of servers in a datacenter environment, documenting systems architecture, and interacting with NT Operations/OCC on daily operational needs of the enterprise. Candidate will participate in complex technical projects and interfacing with the business and technology. MUST HAVE Extensive Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 Server systems build and deployment/migration experience Proficient in automating routine taks using scripts and batch files Veritas NetBackup backup management experience Application packaging and remote deployment/management experience with Active Directory, SMS, Citrix, BigFix, etc. VMWare ESX/GSX or other similar server virtualization experience Change Control process management experience Advanced system administration of Microsoft Windows environments and Active Directory, hardware and software troubleshooting, etc. Windows 2000 / 2003 server administration including Active Directory, group policy, DHCP, DNS, WINS, JAVA, and .NET, & Microsoft MOM. IIS and SQL Server administration a plus. Scripting knowledge and application packaging experience preferred. Timeliness of response to service requests and thoroughness in problem solving. Must have well-developed written and verbal communication skills Experience working in a LAN/WAN environment Experience with patch management in a windows environment Application terminal server experience a must. Netilla or other remote application delivery mechanism experience a plus.
