Senior Systems Engineer - ASIC

Teknovus is currently looking for an experience Senior Systems Engineer to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers and internal engineering staff to conceive, design and implement innovative systems-level solutions for Passive Optical Networks (PON).

  • Include existing PON functions in solutions as well as new value-added services such as high bandwidth, TDM, television and multi-tiered data services.



Requirements:

  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or another relevant discipline.

  • Ability to implement prototypes and breadboards for advanced concepts in FPGA forms which are additive to existing ASIC solutions.

  • Strong work history and experience developing FPGAs, ASICs and standard products as well as board-level solutions.

  • Good understanding at the systems level of switching and routing as well as modern access, metro networks and services.
