Description
National Financial Lending Organization is seeking a Systems Engineer on a Full Time, Direct basis.

This position will provide 2nd/3rd Level support for all systems, including Desktop and Server Level. Systems include Windows 2000, XP, and NT, Active Directory, Exchange, and Backup solutions.

Tasks may include system installation, performance monitoring, resolution of system failures, performing selective and/or full system backups, restoring systems using standard backup procedures, restoring systems to normal operations after software application failures, software installation, and modification of NTFS permissions.

Experience/Skills
- 3- 5 years experience in system administration.
- General troubleshooting and end- user support of Windows 2000, XP, and NT, including both desktop and server level
- Active Directory, DHCP, WINS, DNS, corporate anti- virus, SUS
- At least 3 years hands on experience with Windows 2000 in a medium to large scale environment.
- Overall knowledge of backup software, design and maintenance.
- Hands on experience setting up, installing and configuring servers.
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP principles and LAN technology.
- Knowledge of network monitoring tools and SNMP.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skill set is required.
- 2+ Exp Windows OS (NT, 2000, 2003), LAN, Systems Administration
Windows Security, Active Directory, Exchange, Large Scale Production Environment (40+ Server)
- 3 - 5+ Yrs Exp TCP/IP, FTP, HTTP, Ethernet, DNS, WINS, DHCP, Network Infrastructure, and Dial-up Access Connectivity (VPN, PPTP, and Secure IP)
