Project Management
* Participate in developing time estimates for project schedules.
* Support the organization*s project management policy, practice and methodology.
* Provide timely and accurate progress information to project status reports
* Must have familiarity with the basic PC software utilized to perform their daily duties, ie Word, Excel, Visio, etc*
* Must have basic experience in project management and vendor relations


Testing/Deliverable Quality
* Participate in component and system testing as it relates to software components.
* Test and implement software components using techniques that preserve system integrity.

1 year JDBC, LDAP and text based driver implementation
2 years - knowledge of user provisioning lifecycle

1 year - Requirements gathering use case development
1-2 years LDAP
