Experience required in the following areas:
Hands-on experience with the design and development of complex prototype high risk systems. Direct System Engineering program management experience. Experience as System Engineering Lead or Development Engineering Lead of Complex Communications Systems. A complete understanding of the Systems Engineering Process and experience applying it to complex system development. Understanding of systems engineering specialty principles to include reliability, interface management and control, requirements derivation, verification testing, and/or performance modelling . Appropriate design practices and standards for high reliability. Management of Software and Hardware development efforts. Telecommunications systems including satellite, optical, telephony or wireless. Systems Engineering of complex systems to include System Integration, Verification and Test and Validation. Development of Electro-Mechanical Interface Control Documents. Extensive experience in System Engineering best practices including requirements derivation/development, development of CONOPS, analysis and review, reliability, interface management and control, verification testing, performance modelling , and test procedure analysis.df-tc
