Description
Team Technology is assisting our client in recruiting a Senior Systems Programmer with 5+ years of middleware systems administration and systems integration experience.
Responsibilities include technical architecture and support of an Enterprise Service Bus/WMQ/WBI infrastructure.
Requirements discovery, architecture, design, development, documentation and incident resolution for large scale, multi-platform integration solutions.
Extensive experience with the design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of large scale clustered WebSphere MQ and Message Broker solutions.
Experience across multiple platforms, including z/OS, AIX, WINTEL, SUN and AS/400.
Ensure compliance with audit and disaster recovery requirements and provide 24x7 production support on a rotational basis and create and maintain detailed documentation.
Unable to support H1B candidates.
Must be within commuting distance of North Charlotte.

Experience/Skills
5+ years of middleware systems administration and systems integration experience.
Excellent project management skills are required.
Must have the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Broad-based knowledge of application systems technologies.
Experience in programming languages such as COBOL, C, C++, Java, or Assembler.
Familiar with a variety of middleware and endpoint infrastructures with experience in general Service Oriented Architectures, Enterprise Service Bus and web-services concepts.
WebSphere MQ and/or MQSI/Message Broker technology certifications preferred.
Experience in z/OS Operating Systmes, CICS, SMPE and RACF preferred.
Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience is required.
