Description
We are currently seeking to fill a Senior Team Lead Developer position for our client in Warrenville, IL. We invite you to review the position requirements below and apply today if your skills match our need.

Overview:
The Senior Team Lead Developer is responsible for requirements gathering, designing, developing, testing, project management, documenting, mentoring, training and client management. The Developer must have a deep understanding of either Java/J2EE or Microsoft.NET technologies; ideally the candidate is familiar with both. The Developer must have experience building non UI-related code such as servers, web services or Windows services. The Developer must have experience using an iterative development methodology and experience using automated unit testing.

Requirements:
- Proactive, organized and motivated person with 8+ years of experience developing web-based and non web-based systems
- Strong architectural design skills with experience developing complex systems
- Strong OO analysis, design, and development skills
- Experience gathering and documenting system requirements
- Ability to design basic information architectures and create sophisticated JSP or ASPX pages
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, transfer prior experience, and mentor developers in new situations
- Experience successfully managing technology projects with medium to large teams
- Extensive experience leading and multi-tasking across multiple project efforts
- Ability to manage and maintain client relationships
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Familiarity with current industry trends including commercial and open source initiatives
- Experience building sophisticated J2EE and/or .NET applications
- Experience using agile development methodologies such as RUP, XP or SCRUM
- Hands-on experience designing and developing current, complex systems
- Experience designing and building web services

Addtional Skills:
- Experience managing client relationships
- Experience with legacy systems
- Strong database experience with Oracle 10G, Toad 8.5, SQL Server 2005, ER Studio, PL/SQL and T/SQL:, Triggers, Stored Procs, Functions, Tables, Packages, etc., Data Modeling
- Programming experience: ASP.Net using C# - built web applications using Microsoft .Net technology in a multi tier environment for enterprise level architecture.
-Architectural Experience: Experience collecting and writing Requirements Documents, Design Documents, Logical and Technical Architectural documents. Must have ability to show examples of documents that were written during the interview process.

- .Net Framework 3.5 tools:
- Windows Workflow (WWF)
- Windows Communication Server (WCS)
- Windows Service
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering is desirable
