The Senior Technical Analyst is responsible for production support of a Off the Shelf (OTS) web based application at BSC. The selected candidate will be responsible for daily management, upgrades, bug fixes, enhancements, interfaces, and other business requests.

The core application technologies are Windows Server 2003, SQL, and EAM.

Skills and Experience Required
  • Proficient in the support of an OTS web based application including troubleshooting and documentation.
  • Experience with EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) a plus
  • Proficient in SQL Server 2000/2005 or Oracle 9i and 10g
  • 3-5+ years related work experience
  • Experience working through the complete development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, and deployment
  • Understands the requirements of working within a regulated and/or validated environment. Experience in validated state per FDA Regulation 21 CFR Part 11 required.
  • Has excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills and is a proficient problem solver
  • Has the ability to acquire new skills quickly, is enthusiastic, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
  • BS-CS or related degree required.df-tc
