Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Architect who will be responsible for Vitria BusinessWare Product Support/Architecture for the current team. Job Duties: Update recommendations for deployment of BusinessWare 4 for new applications This includes: -The BW Development Environment -- the optimal design for a large-scale, complex environment with the BME, Directory Server, Oracle DB, Harvest change management system, many developers on the same project, managing multiple releases through a multi-stage SDLC. -The Enterprise Production Environment - the optimal design for multiple applications in a shared environment, shared server, shared LDAP, etc. -The recommendations will be based on designing, implementing, and testing several prototypes. -Revise existing designs to incorporate changes due to new versions of BusinessWare. Publish the designs, best practices, sample programs, etc. on the BusinessWare web site. Consult for applications migrating from BW3 to BW4, both publish/subscribe applications and process automation applications. Assist applications with designs, new development or migration, testing and troubleshooting. Manage the distribution of Vitria product software. Download the software, test it within the architecture Manage a production environment running multiple instances of Vitria BusinessWare and applications.
