Premera is seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Consultant to organize and lead efforts associated with Applications Development requests representing large high-risk projects and applications. Our consultants perform application development and on-going production support, utilizing C#, VB, T-SQL, SSIS, and Microsoft SharePoint 2007 (WSS 3.0) technologies. Ideal candidates will bring knowledge of ETL design concepts. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus are imperative as you work with the Special Products business units to provide technical expertise and design solutions.

Requirements: 10+ yrs full life cycle application development experience including strong Transact SQL, C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, from business requirement gathering to turnover. Must possess project management skills and SDLC knowledge. Experience with ETL, HTML, XML, VB6, SSIS and SharePoint Technologies (WSS 3.0), PVCS and working in the Healthcare/Insurance industry a plus.
