Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Technical Lead for a major client in Des Moines, Iowa. As a Project Manager with Genesis10, you will enjoy the challenges inherent in diverse work environments and the excitement of watching your client's business objectives enabled through your successful leadership. Your duties will include leading project analysis and definition, developing detailed project plans, staffing and managing project team members, identifying and mitigating project risks, communicating project status to appropriate management levels, identifying and resolving project issues and controlling project scope and budget. Our typical consulting profile is a senior level project manager with multi-industry, multi-disciplined experience and track record of successful delivery and client relationship management. This is an opportunity to be part of a team of skilled professionals, and will prepare you for future positions in Business Architecture or Program Management.

Experience/Skills
Required Experience/Skills:
- 3+ years project management experience.
- Solid implementation lead who can work with an outside vendor.
- Prior experience with Automated Workflow Distributor (AWD) integration/implementation.
- Microsoft platform experience (MS-Server, MS-SQL, VB, .NET).
- Strong technical background with integration experience.
- Insurance/Financial Services Industry.
- Proven track record of success.
- Solid Leadership and Mentoring Abilities.
- Great Communication Skills.
- Fluency with Project Management Tools.
- Experience in Project Management Methodology.

Preferred Experience/Skills:
- PMI/PMP certification.
