. Experience in formal projectmanagement for large-scale Information Technology (IT) projects

. Experience as an ITmanager/supervisor

. Mainframe application developmentexperience with at least three (3) years of that experience in a team leadcapacity (Senior Technical Lead)

. Hands-on experience with MicroFocus Modernization Workbench Works

. Experience with providing technicalleadership over a comprehensive documentation project

. Development experience with COBOL,CICS, DB2 and Natural, Complete, Adabas and JCL

Desirable Skills

. Project Management Professional(PMP) certification from the Project

. Management Institute or otherproject management certification

. Experience in Revenue/AccountingSystems

. Experience with Accenture*s(formerly Andersen*s) Tax Administration System (TAS)

. Experience with FTB*s PIT and BETSsystems

. Knowledge of industry best practicestandards/policies related to business application documentation and businessrules extraction
