We are IT Professional Services/Consulting firm looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter, whose experience includes the Consulting Industry. Must be creative, and have the ability to screen technical candidates and manage multiple job searches. Must be familiar with Internet job boards and be a strong interviewer and resume writer.We are seeking a professional, organized, detail oriented candidate to provide IT recruiting services/support. This is a full time permanent position working in our HQ.Requirements:Primary Responsibilities/Duties:Experience performing functions of the entire recruiting processGenerate qualified candidates through cost-effective efforts, Identify and qualify candidates from a variety of sources- employee referrals, internet, etc. Build pipeline of candidates that fit branch footprint. Source, screen and interview potential technical candidates including: face-to-face/phone interviews, and reference checking for current and future positions.Assist in preparing resumes for presentation to clients Coordinate and coach candidates through interview process Present job requirements to qualified candidates and negotiate compensation terms Meet established hiring goals Accurately report and track required candidate data Participate in special projects / task forces as assigned by management Experience with financial, pharma and telcom industries a big plus. Experience recruiting for VMO requirements and working with and establishing relationship directly with VMO management. Track and manage VMO requirement distribution and resume submission process. Establish strong working relationships with sales and operations personnel to maintain an integrated team approach to ensure healthy candidate pipeline. Ability to follow ISO standard processes and use online database and tools. Strong organizational skills required and ability to multi task critical functions. Format resumes to fit specific requirements. Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills.
