We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter with 5+ years experience in Technical Recruiting/ Sourcing for multiple disciplines in the Information Technology markets. Must be willing to constantly educate themselves on cutting edge technology and have the ability to assimilate new concepts quickly as technology continues to change at a rapid pace. Responsible for providing services to existing customers in their recruiting and personnel needs. 2. Responsible for placing job/assignment details to the Internet to increase available candidate pool. 3. Responsible for exercising discretion and good judgment in recruiting candidates for customers. 4. Interviewing, evaluation, hiring and termination of contract personnel. 5. Negotiation of wage and salary rates with candidates. 6. Marketing positions to candidates, and submitting selected candidates to client. 7. Identify networking activities such as attending career fairs, professional associations, calling on technical schools and outplacement services. 8. Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices. 9. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining professional networks and activities. 10. Other responsibilities as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Four-year degree or equivalent experience. 2. MUST have IT/Engineering recruiting experience. 3. Knowledge of industry and high-end skill sets. 4. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally both in one-on-one and in group presentation situations. 6. Able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management. 7. Demonstrated ability to use personal computers. 8. Must have working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
