As Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruitment for a variety of functional departments. Responsibilities include working with management in the development of job objectives and descriptions. In addition, you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, interviewing and closing candidates.

-Proven success as technical recruiter within corporate environment
-High energy, highly motivated, and self directed in fast paced environment
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Educational Requirements:
-BA/BS Degree required

Skills & Required Experience:
-Strong technical recruiting background in corporate environment
-7-10 years of full-life cycle recruiting: rec development, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, offer development and offer extention.
-Proven track record of hiring best of breed technical talent
-Must be fluent in Chinese and English
