Description
Ajilon seeks a Senior Technical Recruiting Manager to attract, recruit and place top-tier IT professionals on assignment with the company's clients. Create and review technical requirements for all new job openings. Duties also include performing sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, testing, reference checks and matching qualified candidates in accordance with client requirements for diverse computer-related positions; and performing the overall maintenance of technical recruitment strategies and performance for clients. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related plus one (1) year in the Job Offered or one (1) year experience as a Software Developer or similar. Experience which may be gained concurrently, to include one year of experience of each of the following: 1) experience sourcing and placing high level IT professionals; 2) experience using SAP and Peoplesoft; 3) negotiating pay rates and salaries; and 4) maintenance of technical recruitment strategies. M-F 8:00-5:00.
