Description
The Sr. Technical Support Respresntative, with minimal direction, provides day-to-day end user technical support, including Help Desk monitoring and problem resolution, PC installation, PC support, PC software support and end user training.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

?Two - five years experience in PC networking (Required)
?Six years experience in PC hardware/software installation and support
?Experience in project management
?Or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provide the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

?Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products
?Working knowledge in PC networking
?Mentoring skills in guiding and training junior staff
?Customer support and service skills
?Able to multi task and pay close attention to detail
?Good communication skills
