Description
CDI is seeking a Senior Technical Team Lead/Program Manager for a 12 + mos long term contract position with the following skillset:

Having experience and/or an understanding of Document Technologies and shared infrastructure environments is key to understanding the services provided.

Tools and products supported by this team include Documentum, FileNet P8, FileNet eProcess, Calligo, Document Sciences DLS, EMC EmailXtender Email Archive, RSD EOS and RSD Folders.

Qualifications: (Education/certifications/experience/knowledge)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent experience acceptable.

At least five years of experience in IT infrastructure and/or application development environmnet and analytical work.

Minimum of five years of experience in project management of major development projects.

Previous experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement, involving broad-based information systems, utilizing tools and techniques to effect business change; business systems analysis experience.

Five or more years of management experience in which one or more of the following occurred:
Demonstrated high competency in the execution of multiple large projects.

Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management.

Gained experience in managing resources to meet goals across multiple projects.

gained experience in leading multidiscipline, high-performance work teams/groups.

demonstrated competency in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems.

Project planning and management skills, including ability to identify and assess risk to determine action.

Comfort with making project decisions, monitoring progress, and reporting results.

Ability to identify group conflict and facilitate resolution.

Thorough understanding of distributed systems architecture and comprehensive knowledge of multiple technical disciplines.

Demonstrated experience effectively managing large projects in a cross-functional environment.

Experience in effectively communicating with a broad base of end users and multiple management layers.

Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs.

Good understanding of the enterprise business and business processes; knowledge of business unit functions and cross-group dependencies/relationships.

Ability to anticipate user requirements and identify and resolve complex problems; strong customer service and communication skills.

Good judgment and analytical skills; strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Ability to conduct and prepare feasibility studies; develop client proposals, including estimates for costs, time and resources; prepare statistical reports; complete cost/ benefit analyses; and conduct business.

Ability to assess internal and external communication practices, anticipate future network requirements, and research and analyze emerging technologies.df-tc
