Description
Position will serve as a technical writer and documentation specialist supporting Project Office. Documentation will include but is not limited to: process and procedure development, functional requirements, federal/state project documentation, maintenance of project plans and budgets using MS Project and Excel, communication plans, internal/external correspondences, status reports, user manuals/help sheets, policy development, meeting agendas and minutes and various other technical and support functions. Position will will maintain project documentation in an organized logical fashion for easy retrieval by staff. Other administrative duties may be required to meet the needs of the project team.

Experience/Skills
Required:
1. Creating project documentation
2. Communicating clearly goals, processes /procedures to end users with various skill sets.
3. Conducting research using varied sources including web based.
4. Developing presentation materials
5. Organizing and mianitaining inventory of various project documentation.
6. Documenting and distributing meeting agendas and minutes.
7.Providing editorial review for documents.
