Description
Our end Client is looking for a Telecomm Analyst with PBX Administrator and custom reporting experience.

Primary responsibilities:

Manage/execute/coordinate tasks or projects, such as:
CMS custom report designs, CMS administration, Solaris maintenance and backups, creation of UNIX shell scripts and new call flow designs.

- Selection and implementation of new call center software and equipment.
- Design, program, and implement call center groups both ACD and direct agent.
- Design, maintain, create custom reports, designer reports and system reports using CMS scripting and windows scheduler.
- Assist with coordination of fit analysis and configuration of all new equipment and voice software.
- Assist with overseeing the management of all ADPTS voice infrastructure requirements. This includes hardware and software management.
- Assist with analyzing, maintaining, and troubleshooting errors, alarms, performance, and capacity issues on all servers.
- Assist with analysis of CMS sever performance in terms of utilization and efficiency.
- Assist with coordination/execution of CMS system upgrades and enhancements.
- Coordination and maintenance of Continuity of Operations (BCP) from a voice perspective.
- Assist with coordinating implementations, maintenance, and test of redundant components within the voice infrastructure field.
- Coordinate and implement the generation of CMS custom or designer reports. Administrator should be able to create reports from scratch and within a timely manner based on user needs.
- Assist with the design and implementation of proper backup and restore procedures.
- Coordinate and ensure that all aspects of the voice infrastructure field are documented. This includes system documentation, software documentation, procedures, diagrams, daily checklists, new user forms, project plans, timelines, etc.
- Interface with management of both technical and non-technical areas.
- Takes the initiative to learn all functionalities of the Voice infrastructure area which include the Avaya G3r V11, Octel Aria Voice messaging system, Avaya IP Agent, Merlin Legend, and Merlin Messaging.
- Manage and ensure that proper lines of communication exist between management, the outside vendors, and the user community.

Background, skills and experience
4+ years of hand-on CMS system administration. With experience on the following areas:
- Call Center design
- Vector design
- Visio 2003 (call flow design documentation)
- MS Project 2003
- Custom Reporting from scratch
- Call Management System and report generation experience.
- CMS V11
- Solaris 8
2+ years experience in a medium to large-sized company with a multi-site environment.
Exposure to the following:
- Avaya V11
- UNIX shell scripting
- Call Vectoring
- Octel Voice Messaging
- IP Agent
- Ecas
