Description
This position is the day to day answer point for the PremierSERV Managed Care customer and is located at the customer's site. Provides direction to the end user community ranging from how to place a MAC or Repair service request to coordinating departmental moves. Acts as the first point of escalation to resolving service issues and performs software programming as necessary. Interfaces with key customer personnel as it relates to due dates, order issuance and quality. Attends and represents SBC at customer planning meetings and shares information with Team. Dispatches technicians' workload for service and trouble, and provides end user training on phone system/features. Prioritizes work in a manner that will keep SBC in compliance with all related customer contract obligations.df-tc
