This person will need 8+ years of QA experience in the VRU/IVR areas for this financial company's IT/operations facility.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Experience must include testing VRU/IVR systems,telephony test experience. Must be able to clearly communicate to test Speech Enabled IVR applications.

Candidate should have knowledge of system life cycle.

Knowledge of quality assurance practices and tools are required. Have experience writing test cases, test plans, structured testing methodology, use cases. Development experience desired.
