Description
Senior Test Coordinator

. Identify and monitor project risks, assess impact, and plan/implement mitigation and contingency plans.
. Track issues, decisions, action items, and follow-up between meetings to drive issues to closure.
. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
. Publish overall team Weekly Status Report and Dashboard
. Manage the project and support scope, budget, resources and timeline
. Escalate as needed to clients/DxD/project regarding any issues, or risks needing attention
. Plan and adjust resource projections/timeline changes/adjustments as needed
. Manage the client relationship and setting of expectations
. Manage defect tracker and defect reports
. Attend defect discussions as participant
. Manage overall issues and drive to resolution
. Determine/communicate risks, changes in schedule or resources; work to provide mitigation
. Manage and delegate work activities as needed
. Single Point of contact for QS-FFBA related items
. Contribute to the domain testing maturity work.
. Analyzes business and system requirements in order to design and develop system and acceptance test plans. Reviews requirements to ensure that they are stated clearly and are "testable."
. Provides input to design team to ensure testing considerations are incorporated in the design and development.
. Coordinates execution of test plans including resources, strategy, schedules, process and tools.
. Responsible for the developing the Quality Services estimate and working collaboratively with SCM, AI, Tech Services and ITS teams. Track and manage to the QS budget using available tools on a monthly basis. Drive quality/cost/schedule/staffing tradeoffs within QS and coordinate necessary changes in plans and supporting functional groups. df-tc

Experience/Skills
. A senior level person is the most experienced, with the widest range of experience in various size and types of projects that are relevant to the role.
. Typically 5 to 8 or more years in the role would be expected
