We are looking for talented developers for our Atlanta office. You will work as part of the SCRUM team, with Test-Driven development and above all C# and ASP.NET.

Your qualifications should include a Bachelor or Masters Degree with a strong programming knowledge base. You have a good understanding of agile methods, design models as well as a general understanding of object-oriented programming.

We are looking for those who have worked with or have been educated in a Test-Driven environment. We operate our development in a strict test driven way and see this as your biggest merit (no matter which xUnit-framework you have worked with).

Experience with programming of web applications in C#. NET with Visual Studio are also recommended

Excellent knowledge of agile object oriented software development, preferably in Microsoft environment.

Great knowledge of eXtreme Programming

Documented experience working with Test Driven Development (TDD) and pair programming.

5+ years leadership experience, managing multiple complex software development projects, and several concurrent projects in a multi-platform systems development environment, or equivalent internal experience.

Strong comprehension of object oriented languages.

The ability to ensure good architecture practices are implemented as software is developed. Effectively manage the scope and delivery of a large volume of projects (with high impact) on time and within budget.
