JOB SUMMARY:
The Ideal candidate will have the ability to take a formal set of requirements and generate a test plan that will cover the following areas: integration, sytem, stability, and robustness testing to Industry Quality Standards associated with Biometric Systems.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Software Testing and Continuous Quality Improvement.
* Knowledge of the Software Life Cycle.
* Define testing tools for different testing types: stability, load,etc.
* Software Development processes Configuration Management process.
* Excellent verbal and written skills.

KEY SKILLS:
* Testing Methodology
* Software Engineering Practices
* System Test Engineering Processes

REQUIRED EDUCATION or EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE:
BSCS, BSCE, BSEE

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Generate High Level and Detailed Test Plans.
* NetworkingTest Management Tools.
* Report generation of testing efforts.
* Configuration Management Mentoring System Test project lead.
* Software Quality Assurance contributer.
* Some high level programing language: C, C++, JAVA, C#, .net, Visual Basic.
