Our company provides complete computer systems solutions. We offer systems design, engineering, database, and development services as well as systems integration, implementation, maintenance, and support services. .
We have an immediate need for someone experienced in the development and implementation of strategic plans and proposals to acquire and fund for the acquisition, operations, maintenance and accreditation of an integrated suite of technologies, methodologies, instrumentation, and modeling & simulation (M&S) required for testing and evaluation of IT capabilities development and deployment..
The right candidate must:.
- Develop short and long term objectives and processes for assessing current T&E capabilities; providing a basis for future T&E capabilities; and, providing inputs for improving current and future T&E investment processes; to include people, facilities, equipment, tools and processes.
- Review written test reports, test data analysis, methodologies and processes and provide assessments and recommendations to ensure integrity and confidence in the display of test data, the development of test artifacts, and information awareness for DISA programs testing status.
- Review and comment on DISA and OSD T&E documentation such as policies, strategies, plans and roadmaps; and, participate in various T&E working groups both internal and external to DISA for the improvement of T&E strategies for DISA acquisition programs..
- Provide administrative support in the development of briefings, roadmaps, products, and documents to be delivered to senior-level Corporate Board members.

Experience/Skills
REQUIREMENTS--
• Knowledge of T&E test director role/responsibilities and T&E requirements, test methodologies and data collection/management processes..
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Internet Explorer.
• Strong writing skills; e. g. test plans, reports, white papers, etc.
• Ability to work as an integral part of a cohesive team..
• Demonstrated ability to independently analyze, evaluate, and make sound recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related area of specialization.
• Eight (8)+ years experience in T&E.
• Must have an active Secret security clearance..
Assets• DOD experience and knowledge of: Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES).
• Joint Staff/DoD command and control or enterprise systems acquisition.
• Test Resource Management Center (DTRMC) mission and activities.
• DAU ACQ 101, TST 101, other DAU Acquisition classes.
• IT Test and Evaluation and/or DoD interoperability evaluation/certification
• Experience with DISA/JITC personnel and management
• Experience with federal acquisition and planning, testing policies, methodologies, and execution at other federal agencies and military departments.
