Must have working knowledge of Route-It (AT&T), Cisco ICM routing & scripting, North American telephony & carrier capabilities. International telecom experience would be an asset. Must be able to gather business requirements, write technical documentation & develop project plans for internal/external communications regarding systems design & operations. Must be able to engineer new call routing within telecom infrastructure.Familiarity with Avaya, Aspect, and Nortel PBXs. Must be able to provisionvanity/non-vanity toll free numbers.
