Project Description:

Create, maintain and troubleshoot issues in the Environment areas, may include UAT and System Test environments. Support production through troubleshooting, performance enhancement & monitoring of production environments.

Job Description:
- Update and maintain software storage.
- Create and support System test and UAT environments.
- Design and facilitate the expansion and improvement of the non-production environments as required, taking into consideration business requirements, processes, event correlation and integration of third party applications.
- Provide technical support for conversion environments
- Perform ongoing maintenance of the infrastructure tools
- Analyze and fix environment and operational related problems, working with the infra team in the development center or customer site.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of Infra Environment area as well as basic knowledge of several Infra areas, as is applicable to the division?s requirements.
- Check and correct problems that are not immediately evident in existing systems or processes.
- Have a service awareness level of communication.
- Provide user support as required
- Ensures the ongoing operation of the infrastructure tools according to the definitions and needs of the division?s projects.
- Supports, advises and trains the division?s employees in using the infrastructure tools throughout the project?s life cycle.
- Assist with development of new tests, which includes adapting procedures/scripts from the Production and Delivery groups into the monitoring tool
- Provide technical support for sales efforts
- Provide high level of documentation, according to company standards.
- Travel to customer sites may be required for short periods to support specific projects
