Design and execute Test defect fixes that go into production Support regression tests and sanity of new releases Support load and performance test Analyze software defects for batch on line and web applications Analyze testing needs for major software enhancements, design and carry out testing activity Develop test plans based on the technical and functional requirements of the software Execute test plans and interact with development for issue resolution Use Test Director to execute test and reporting
