Description
Senior Trainer Location : Oakland, CA Duration : 1 year Training will take many forms i.e. written curriculum, online workshops or self-driven 24/7 online e-learning. The trainer must develop an understanding of the business need of the developed tool. Learning its functionality and give careful consideration to the end-users perspective in utilization of the tool. This understanding will direct the trainer in the development of customized training materials and delivery of those materials for a variety of venues Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary training and development theories and methods. Be able to take direction from multiple members in leadership. Maintain an excellent working relationship with department leadership, and team members; maintain strict confidentiality of all data. Pursue methods, procedures and changes if necessary that will result in improved quality, productivity, communication and technological advancement across the organization.
