Large Health System in Western MA aka Pioneer Valley is currently recruiting for CERNER expertise to join their Clinical Applications team as a Senior Training Analyst. This position is accountable for providing training needs analysis, developing training courses and materials, and delivering training programs (such programs being complex and comprehensive), with respect to business and clinical applications that enable employees/affiliates to use the Enterprise network to accomplish their tasks effectively and efficiently. The incumbent in this position may monitor daily work of other, junior members of the team, assisting with the development and refinement of required skills. BS/BA degree required. Masters degree preferred. 6 to 8 years instructional design, courseware development and writing experience.df-tc
