Description
Large (multi-site) healthcare provider organization in Southern California is looking for Sr. Training Lead t to assist with the support of Epic implementation enterprise-wide. This is a multi-site, multi-year implementation whereby individual modules of the Epic system are being integrated into Legacy sytems as the organization migrates to a client/server environment. Individual will be responsible for the end user and support training functions as part of the Implementation Strategy. In this role, the Trainer must be certified in Epic and will be interfacing directly with the end user population to understand core functionality, business process, and technical design as it related to specific modules on the application itself. In this role, he/she will also working with IT Leadership and Executive Mgmt to design end user training documents (i.e. manuals, etc), to augment what is supplied by the vendor. He/she will serve as an Educational Director to guide the transfer of all training information to the end user community. He/she will be interfacing with nursing and physician staff for end user training purposes with some travel to each of the sites within the healthcare organization.

Experience/Skills
Certification in Epic Systems (required), Clnical-specific modules (i.e. Orders, Documentation, Training, Pharmacy/Medication Mgmt)
Strong experience in enterprise training capacities (required) including creation of end user manuals, design of training curriculum
Excellent communication skills (written/oral) is required
