Immediate need for Senior Unix Engineer seeking competetive salary and benefits, high profile position and business casual environment. Knowledge of computer hardware, knowledge of computer software will be keys to success in this growing organization.
Requires a minimum of 3 years direct experience providing server (hardware and software) operations support for a network of 50 nodes or more, supporting primarily Linux and/or Solaris servers. Experience with various directed attached, SAN and NAS storage technologies a must.
Linux scripted installs, Solaris 10 Zones and Jumpstart, EMC SAN and NetApp experience a plus.
Ideal Candidate will have 5 or more years experience, with strong knowledge of Unix, monitoring and infrastructure basics, as well as Symantec NetBackup, Veritas Cluster Services (VCS) and VMware experience.

Candidates must have a working knowledge of network architectures for LAN and WAN network deployments. The position requires excellent communication and presentation skills with a good analytical approach to problem solving.
