AETEA Information Technology has nine offices nationwide with over 500 consultants currently working for us. Our clients are Fortune 500 companies in the financial (bank/brokerage), telecommunications, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and insurance industries.We currently have an opportunity available for a senior level Night Shift Unix Operator to work on-site for a major pharmaceutical client in Princeton, New Jersey. This opportunity is immediate and a minimum of six months in length.Candidate will be required to work in a demanding 24x7 production support environment. Must have effective analytical, technical and communication skills. - In depth knowledge of HP-UX, Solaris, Redhat Linux, Windows Server- In depth knowledge of Veritas NetBackup, Backup-Exec and CA Unicenter- Strong understanding of Systems Management procedures, file structures, logical volume management and backup monitoring.- Working knowledge of ITIL Standards: Configuration, Incident, Problem and change management.
