Our client, one of the best companies in the Bay Area is looking for a solid Senior Unix Systems Adminstrator to join their Systems team to do day-to-day Systems administration duties with advanced Veritas Volume Manager (VxVM) experience VERITAS Cluster Server (VCS) or other High-availability service.

Experience/Skills
A Senior IT professional with excellent work ethics, is team-player with good communication skills.

10+ years of Unix systems experience.
8+ years of system administration experience with Linux/Solaris.

3+ years of systems design/architecture experience.
Sun hardware, high end server experience a plus
Advanced Veritas Volume Manager (VxVM) experience required; and VERITAS Cluster Server (VCS) or other High-availability service.

ECommerce active/active site build, design and failure point analysis experience.
Ability to document project designs.
History of progressively complex project management experience.
