Senior Voice Business Analyst -Nashville Do you have the ability to work through cross functional teams? Can you innovate and create solutions that exceed customers expectations?If answers to above question are yes, then please read further.Position Overview:You will develop a functional understanding of company s risk profile and the impact of product decisions on company s core financial performance.Roles and Responsibilities: Support the elicitation and creation of high level vision scope statements, business/process flows for both new and current IVR and call routing technologies project requests Engage client services, care operations, IT and other cross functional teams to drive the creation of current and future state processes and business requirements as appropriate per overall voice vision and objectives Support detailed knowledge and understanding of key business drivers with the ability to know when activity is within and outside of scope/limits Develop a functional understanding of company s risk profile and the impact of product decisions on company s core financial performance Recognize and define operational impacts and implications of other initiatives relative to care and the voice channel Participate and manage the coordination of: problem definition, high level requirements, production validation, post initiative trending and analysis. Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree 5+ years experience as a business analyst. This position requires advance capabilities with MS Excel, Project and Visio related to analytics and process mapping. Understanding of Avaya PBX/ACD, IVR, call routing/delivery, CRM Working understanding of basic telecom (T1s, TFNs, etc) is preferred.
