Salary: $75K

Overview of Responsibilities
Analyze customer requirements and design network and/or hardware/software solutions to satisfy those requirements.
Develop cost/benefit analysis for all technology design alternatives.
Recommend technology enhancement and financial reduction opportunities.
Negotiate with vendors for best price and installation interval.
Monitor the network and/or hardware/software from a performance and capacity perspective, recommend required changes and upgrades.
Provide third tier technical support for the resolution of network and/or hardware/software problems.
Comply with established procedures and perform self-audits as required.

Required Qualifications
Seasoned professional with technical capabilities and knowledge of voice communications
Four year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
At least five years of related experience required
Excellent communication skills required
