Description
Duties will include ASP and VB/ASP.net design & development, modification, implementation and maintenance of integrated interactive web based applications. Duties will also require database creation, maintenance, and the integration of web applications with multiple enterprise database systems. Experience in server support, systems integration and technical support a plus. Must have experience in gathering, interpreting and documenting user requirements. Requires a high-level of MS SQL Server and stored procedure experience. Must understand written and spoken directions, and be able to draw on past experiences to infer appropriate data validation and application requirements to ensure timely delivery of well-planned and bug-free applications. While a professional demeanor is required, please know that the atmosphere is relaxed and mainly focused on results. Successful applications will have: -3-5 years of demonstrated experience using ASP and ASP.net (VB.net) in developing highly complex interactive web applications; -Demonstrated experience in Microsoft SQL Server database management systems; -Demonstrated ability writing complex stored procedures and database views; -Demonstrated experience in data normalization and migration; -Demonstrated experience in full SDLC approach and methodologies; -Demonstrated experience in systems administration of web and application servers; -Demonstrated experience in Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 operating systems; and, -Demonstrated experience providing direct customer support and interaction.
