Description
Westchester based eLearning company looking for a senior web programmer to supports it's New Media department.  This candidate will be responsible for the research and development of new end user interfaces and tools.   Creation of prototypes for proof of concepts.  Must be able to work in a  dynamic team environment and have excellent writing and communication skills.    

Responsiblilities include: 
Flash Development
- ActionScript object-oriented programming (OOP)
- posting dynamic data
- dynamic data integration (XML)
- Flash video
    - encoding 
    - experience implementing external FLV video content, both progressive download and streaming  
    - experience with streaming video from Flash Communication Server
- animation
- graphic developement

Web Programming
- HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Cold Fusion, ASP
- Cold Fusion and ASP integration with MS SQL
- dynamic data integration into Cold Fusion and ASP

Database Integration
- SQL database design
- SQL query building
