Senior Web Test Engineer

The responsibility of the incumbent is to test complex Web applications for accuracy, performance and stability. Test plan creation, automation and execution. Documentation and tracking of program defects.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

1. Testing of complex Windows based trading platform applications.
2. Test plan creation, automation and execution.
3. Document and track program defects.

Required:

• Broad knowledge of .Net, C#, Scripting languages, Web services, HTML, SQL, IIS.
• Experience with Testing Frameworks like Fit and nUnit.

Preferable but not required:

• Experience with Mercury Quality Center tools.
• Knowledge of brokerage/Financial Services systems is a plus.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline is required.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Developer or Tester.
