Overview
Murphy, McKay is seeking a technical solutions expert and senior Window's server engineer to be responsible for its core infrastructure and engineering environments. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience in protocol, systems, storage, and troubleshooting solutions within a complex, multi-site environments.

Requirements

Perform analysis, installation, maintenance, and upgrade of servers, operating systems, and software applications.
Provide senior level systems administration duties for all corporate Windows servers, including the Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, SharePoint Server, Office Communications Server, and Windows Server Update Services systems.
Help with data center operations at all sites, including management and capacity planning of air conditioning, UPS, generators, and fire suppression systems.
Participate in development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of disaster recovery (DR) procedures & BCP plans
Provide senior level leadership to the operations team, and providing technical guidance to more junior staff members
Design and deploy best practices regarding system monitoring, change control, service level agreements, and assist in the creation of the company’s infrastructure policies and standardsdf-tc
