The Engineer would be responsible for Windows 2003/SQL Server 2000 server and escalated Windows 2000/XP desktop support issues. Technical environment also requires experience supporting SUS, MoM or SMS servers, Symantec Anti-virus, Ghost, and Veritas Netbackup. 10 years of support experience in production environments required. MCSE & MCDBA certifications preferred.
