Description
Great Fortune 500 Company, located in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago, is currently seeking a Senior Windows Citrix Engineer for their Enterprise Windows and Citrix server environment. Candidate is responsible for managing server hardware, software, and applications. Provides all levels of support for Servers hardware/software and 2nd level support for the remote facilities. Responsibilities for will include phone and server support for all corporate and remote locations. After hours on-call support is also required. Log and track all problem calls and services requests in IT Department tracking system. Inventory of equipment. Documentation of installation and configuration procedures. Install and configuration of server hardware and software. Implementation of new software and hardware.

Qualifications:

Must have 3-5 years experience in the server support arena. Must have a Bachelors degree or associated vocational degree. Exceptional customer service skills are a must, requiring a technically strong individual that can work independently and excel in a group environment. Strong experience with Citrix (3-5 yrs), Microsoft Servers and Active Directory. Migration from Novell to Active Directory experience a plus. Time management, project tracking, and excellent organization skills are essential. Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Certificates are a plus.df-tc
