Description
PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Sr. Systems Analyst will provide day-to-day support of Windows-based File, Print, and Citrix environments. In addition, this position will provide technical leadership on projects assigned by the Project Lead. This position has responsibility for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of servers running the Windows 2000 and 2003 operating systems.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Administer Windows 2000/2003 servers including the installation, configuration, troubleshooting of operating systems and related software.
*Research new technology products and make recommendations to management
*Perform operating system and hardware maintenance.
*Document all system configurations, upgrades, and service records
*Document and optimize processes and procedures


QUALIFICATIONS
*High school diploma or equivalent
*Minimum 5 years of system support experience

Preferred Qualifications
*BA/BS degree in computer science, business administration, or related technical field is preferred
*5 years work experience with Windows Server Administration
*MCSE or other Microsoft Certifications are Highly Desirable
*Knowledge of Windows 2000/2003 File and Print Technologies
*Knowledge of Citrix Metaframe XPe Technologies
*Capable of writing and troubleshooting VBScript and/or Windows Batch code
*4 year degree in an IT-related program
*A solid understanding for networking/distributed computing environment conceptsdf-tc
