Job Description:

Production Support for IB's Wintel environment. Includes: Patching, User and File system maintenance, OS Maintenance. Includes implementing new systems for Investment activities.

Window Server SysAdmin, VMWare ESX knowledge and background a plus. Ability to work weekends. Support a scheduled shift of 6am-3pm, or 10am-7pm.

Support of Production and non-prod environments in the Windows server space for applications and db servers. Includes Break/Fix ticket processing, new request and project work. Rotations through project work as well as daily support.

Windows Server 2k3, 2k3 Ent Edt, 2000, NT4
Active Dir knowledge
Tivoli, InfoVista, Symantec ESM all plusses
linux is a big plus
with infrastructure background
