Opportunity available to work for a large, reputable, financial institution in CHARLOTTE, NC.

The Senior Consultant =E2=80=93 Engineer (Wireless) will be the "product owner" for the emerging wireless service offerings by Network Services. This individual will establish the service levels required at the access layers and form a solid understanding of the applications required by internal and external customers in this area. The Senior Consultant =E2=80=93 Engineer (Wireless) can then create workable wireless "products" and Project Architectures for deployment into the client's access footprint.

Other specific duties include:

Serving as product manager for branding and productizing the wireless offering
Working with Corporate Information Security to understand the approved architecture and design
Analyzing, recommending and communicating the support mechanisms needed to institute this across the entire access layer footprint
Developing a process bundle around the product
Developing methods and benefits matrices to introduce the product to the business units
Identifying and building a "high-touch" customer service offering, including variants for retail customers, internal customers, and vendor customers
Owning the service and ensuring its delivery with technical, support, maintenance, security, accounting, and access aspects considered

This position requires a thorough understanding of wireless applications and the infrastructure that supports them.
The consultant's responsibility will be to create a suite of products for "sale" to the branches.
