Description
Technical support is required to assist with the following tasks:
Assisting development staff with the emergency remediation of production problems
Maintain and support the driver, vehicle and/or financial applications
Execute testing processes
Participate in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to gather information about business requirements and client's needs
Analyze clients' service requests, develop, test and seek clients' approval and implement changes and enhancements
Document assigned programs, processes and systems
Suggest cost effective methods to improve driver, vehicle and/or financial systems
Maintenance of the driver database load utilities.

Experience/Skills
UNISYS, CLEARPATH, Cobol 74 and Cobol 85, XGEN 4GL, WFL, DMS II, BL/ Source, COMS and ALGOL (desired).
